Wet End, Gecko AquaFlo FMHP 2.0hp 1-1/2"mbt 48fr AquaFlo/Gecko Wet End Side discharge, 1-1/2"mbt suction/discharge, 48 frame wet end for FMHP pump. This wet end is used with a 2.0hp, 48Y frame, thru-bolt style motor. The motor used may be either a single or dual speed. The wet end may be rotated 90 degrees to change the discharge position. The complete wet end includes: the volute, seal, impeller, wear ring, suction cover, suction cover o-ring, drain plug, drain plug o-ring and suction cover screws. Motor and unions sold separately. In 2012, the manufacturer changed the way Aquaflo pumps are rated. These pumps are now assigned both an operational horsepower (ohp), and a total horsepower (thp) rating. Previous versions of these pumps used only the operational horsepower. If you are replacing an older Aquaflo pump, be sure to match the operational hp rating rather than the total hp.
